Eddie Silverio Jr.

Graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He earned his Real Estate license in Florida and soon after became a licensed Broker, founding First Impression Realty. With more than 10 years of experience in construction, he also obtained his Building Contractor’s license in Florida and launched First Impression Builders to create new construction homes. With his combined expertise in real estate and construction, clients can rest assured they are working with one of the most qualified professionals for buying, selling, or investing in Florida.

Edi Silvério

Founder of the First Impression Group and a respected business leader in Florida’s construction and remodeling industry. Since 1999, Edi has built a reputation based on trust, structure, and results. His journey from arriving in the U.S. with little more than a dream to leading a multi-division group is proof of persistence and faith. Today, his legacy is the foundation of First Impression Realty, bringing the strength of real experience and a vision for the future.
