These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://firstimpressionrealty.com (the "Site"), operated by First Impression Realty of SWFL ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1633 Cape Coral Pkwy E, Suite A, Cape Coral, FL 33904. The Site provides information about our luxury real estate services, property listings (via integrated IDX systems), and contact options for buying, selling, or investing in high-end properties in Southwest Florida and other desirable locations (including Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, Miami, Palm Beach, and Sarasota).
By accessing or using the Site, requesting property information, contacting us, or engaging with our real estate services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

This campaign wil lsend out non marketing related requests including Transactional messaging, service updates, appointment reminders, and customer care. We will also send Marketing related to New Listings available to interested clients.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Limitations of Liability

5.Carrier Liability Disclaimer
The Carrier (including any subcontractor, agent, or affiliated entity providing transportation services) is not a common carrier unless expressly stated otherwise and does not accept liability as such. The Carrier's liability for loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery of goods is strictly limited as follows:
Liability shall be limited to the lesser of (i) the actual value of the lost or damaged goods, (ii) [$100 / £100 / applicable currency amount] per package or shipment, or (iii) the amount declared by the shipper (if a higher value is declared and additional fees paid where required).
The Carrier shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Carrier shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, riots, governmental actions, customs delays, inherent defects in the goods, improper packaging by the shipper, or any act or omission of the shipper, consignee, or third parties.
In no event shall the Carrier's total aggregate liability for any single shipment exceed the declared value (if applicable) or the limits set forth above.
The shipper assumes full responsibility for proper packaging, labeling, and description of the goods, and warrants that the goods are not prohibited, hazardous, or restricted under applicable laws.
6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Site use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. We encourage informal resolution—contact us first before pursuing legal action.
8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
